Taya Ming

Taya Ming is a British-Jamaican professional actor and the head tutor at A Magna Production. Taya trained at Mountview, where she earned her BA Honours in Acting, and since graduating, she has built an impressive career marked by versatility and dedication. Her work spans across acting, musical theatre, and actor-musicianship, reflecting her commitment to exploring a wide range of performance styles.

Taya’s credits include acclaimed productions such as Much Ado About Nothing with the Royal Shakespeare Company, Slumlord and Innocent Means Not Guilty at Theatre Peckham, Robin Hood at Regent’s Open Air Theatre, Aromatherapy with Talawa Theatre, Merchant of Venice at OVO Theatre, and Coming to England on its UK tour, running until February 2025.

In her role as head tutor at A Magna Production, Taya is dedicated to fostering talent and guiding emerging actors, sharing her passion and expertise with the next generation of performers.
